Can I really put the mould straight from the freezer into the oven?+

Yes - the FlexForm Mone is designed for temperatures from −50 °C to +250 °C. You can freeze dishes, take them straight from the freezer and place them in the preheated oven without transferring. No thawing needed. Perfect for bakes, gratins, bread and prepared meals.

Why doesn't the mould warp when pouring?+

The FlexForm Mone has an integrated metal rim. It stabilises the mould when filling, carrying and placing it in the oven. Standard silicone moulds without a metal rim warp when you pour in liquid batter or sauces - that doesn't happen with the Mone. No leaking, no spilling.

Can I bake bread or cake in it?+

Yes - the 600 ml Mone is ideal for loaf bread, small loaves, carrot cake and other loaf-tin cakes. The silicone conducts heat evenly and the bake releases easily afterwards - no greasing or flouring needed. Oven temperatures up to 250 °C are no problem.

Which uses is the Mone best suited for?+

The 600 ml is especially suited to: bakes and gratins for 2 · loaf bread and cakes · meal prep (cook ahead and freeze) · lasagne (approx. 2-3 portions) · portioning and storing leftovers. For smaller portions like baby food or sauces we recommend the Dori (260 ml).

Is the mould dishwasher-safe?+

Yes, fully dishwasher-safe. Top rack recommended. The silicone is non-porous and doesn't absorb odours or stains. Store dry after washing.

How do I best clean the mould?+

Simply put it in the dishwasher - or rinse by hand with warm water and washing-up liquid. The platinum silicone is taste-neutral and doesn't absorb kitchen odours, even after repeatedly baking with fish or garlic.

Does the mould fit a standard oven rack?+

Yes - the Mone (approx. 16 × 12 × 5 cm) fits any standard oven rack. The metal rim gives extra stability when sliding it in and out.
